I ( Pravah Shukla) like computers very much and hope all like it. Everybody has his/her interest of own. So one cannot force anybody to learn computers. But it is always fun out here in the world of computers.
Computer without Internet seems boring because the exposure is less. But if you know some tasks it becomes interesting even without internet.
Some people don’t like internet as they don’t know how to use it.
If one learns the art of using anything then he/she doesn’t get bored at all.
