I have been working in New Delhi for almost 1 year and have compiled that what a corporate/company needs a student so that the student can beneficial for the corporate and can do well for the growth. The main core competencies which are needed are:
- Good computer skills
- Good catching power
- Ability to work anywhere
- Learn dynamically (On the Job training)
- Learn more on field rather than sitting in office.
- Good personality.
